This is for full membership dues including use of recreation centers as well as road maintentance obligations and a key for the boat launch ramp at Rec 1. You may opt for maintenance only or waive boat launch key by selecting custom options. The charge includes $5 to cover paypal fees for online payment. The price includes an additional $60 maintenance for six additional lots owned.

Association Dues are broken down as follows:
Membership to Piankatank Shores and access to recreation centers $50 plus $10 per each additional owned lot
Fee for Boat Launch Key $15
Mandatory Maintenance Fee $50
